That letter! Yes it’s so funny when they get a bit over familiar, all first name terms and chummy. I am with Giff Gaff for my phone and if you top up they say stuff like “Nice one!” *cringe* 😂😂

My latest bugbear is those email’s reminding me that I was just five minutes ago browsing a website and to “pick up where I left off”, and take another look at my “new favourite”. Nope, there was a reason I left. I would never have worn that ditzy floral play suit, not even in my 20s :D
It’s all so incredibly annoying isn’t it! I can’t even THINK about a Boden swimsuit now without Johnnie tapping inside my brain with a little hammer xx
